Ready for the Weekend 4/26/2013

John Wilkes Booth, the assassin of President Abraham Lincoln, was surrounded and killed by federal troops near Bowling Green, Virginia on this day. Then there was BioShock Infinite. Well, what are you doing this weekend?

Stu Horvath: Podcasts, board games and drinks galore!

Chuck Moran: This weekend is Chiller Theater. I probably won’t go, but I will think about it till the last minute. I hope it is nice out so I can play outside. I also hope to play some videogames, listen to records and ride my bike.

Ian Gonzales: There will be board games, fancy beers and yet another birthday celebration. Yeesh! A lot of people got down in late August/early September of the late ’70s/early ’80s. #SexWeek

Dave Trainer: I look like John Wilkes Booth. I just want you all to know that. Also this weekend should be fun, looks like the weather is turning for the best and I hope to do some serious hanging with my friends. The weather will probably keep me from playing Tomb Raider, which if you haven’t played yet, go get it.

Don Becker: Whatever I do will not live up to seeing Sparks last night. Wait, we’re podcasting? I take that back!

Matt Marrone: I am babysitting so my sister and brother-in-law can have a date night. God help their children.

Ken Lucas: Board games, lamp-making and record listening is on the agenda this weekend.

Dan Imperiale: Car impounded. Weather beautiful. Hello, Lucille (bicycle’s name).

Mark Mariano: Buying new pillows tonight. Sleeping late tomorrow.

Richard Clark: I’m going to an Ivan and Alyosha concert on Friday. Saturday is pretty much all about Secret Projects. If I tell you, I’m dead. I’ll sleep too.

Brendan Keogh: I’m still playing GDC-catchup. Now that all my features are written that were due right after GDC, I’m frantically writing all my academic journal articles due next week that I hadn’t started yet because I was writing GDC features. Yay!

Mike RousseauMike Rousseau: Working as usual. Planning new events for gamers to get drunk and have a blast at. Trying to remember what it was like to have the time to put pen to paper at will.

Teddy DiefenbachTeddy Diefenbach: I will be greeting Washingtonians at my wife’s high school reunion, and trying to explain to them why they should be playing Monaco instead of golf.

Jill ScharrJill Scharr: I’ll be attending a panel on Beyond: Two Souls at the Tribeca film festival, and doing my best to get a picture with Ellen Page!

Rob HainesRob Haines: Beer, pizza, Guild Wars 2 and putting the League of Legends Championship Series up on the big screen. What more could I want?
